The story is set in a futuristic sci-fi world where mutated beings, referred to as Changers, emerge due to radiation. They possess unique appearances and abilities, causing global chaos. Through international coordination, a special police force is established to manage the Changers using advanced technology and artificial intelligence, restoring peace. As the chaos subsides, curiosity arises about the strength of Changers and technological prowess, leading to the creation of the "G9" interspecies arena. A new league of competitive matches is born, poised to unfold.

At the "2023 Comic Expo," esports teams from six universities across the nation competed in the "Taiwan Six Cities Championship," determining the ultimate winner.
