The LAZY MARU brand was established in 2010 and is famous for its French Bulldog trademark. LAZY MARU has devoted more than 14 years of time and effort in Taiwan, starting with exhibit spaces in Shin Kong Mitsukoshi department stores. Combining the French Bulldog’s innately lazy image and the attitude toward life we want to express, we have given this adorable brand ambassador its own attitude, which has gradually become the warmth that the brand hopes to convey . In recent years, we have been actively cooperating with retailers in the Greater China region, gradually developing into a unique and widely acclaimed IP licensing brand through cross-border collaborations and image authorizations with well-known companies on both sides of the Taiwan Strait.

LAZY MARU was founded as a store in major department stores such as Shin Kong Mitsukoshi, Eslite Bookstore...etc, previously ran 13 stores around the country, and had annual sales north of 500 million(NTD), and became a major player in Taiwan’s fashion industry. In the recent 5 years, we gradually shifted to brand licensing, venturing out of the department store market and collaborate with other industries. In 2018, we’ve successfully reached a new milestone by collaborating with Hi-Life with their point-reward campaign, we proceeded to work with the Ministry of Transport, Kaoshiung Metro, along with dozens of partners from various fields. In 2020, we ran the 10th anniversary exhibition, which span across multiple show floors across the country through licensing partners and time-limited stores, creating sales in the 100-millions(NTD). We wish to explore the possibility to expand beyond Taiwan, to the licensing market abroad.

In the early years, Jie Deng Integrated Marketing Co., Ltd. was mainly engaged in planning large-scale events. Over the past ten years, it has transformed to helping trendy cultural and creative apparel brands develop a presence in well-known department stores across Taiwan. In addition to the independent curatorial ability of the team itself, our 10 years of brand management experience differentiates us from general image licensing brands, allowing us to adhere more closely to the actual needs and ideas of our licensing clients.
