Character Personalities
Mr. Shark: Although a shark, he has a rather goofy appearance. Whale: Mr. Shark's first companion, friendly and approachable.
Little Octopus: Mr. Shark's little sidekick, likes to follow around Mr. Shark.
Worldview
The story takes place in a parallel dimension of Earth, where like our Earth there is inflation, but differently, this world has more land than ocean. Thus, some marine creatures have evolved terrestrial forms to survive on land. Mr. Shark has a pet octopus and a shark plush toy, which is a family heirloom passed down from generation to generation (as long as it doesn't break). Besides, Mr. Shark also has four shark companions (Tiger Shark, Whale Shark, Hammerhead Shark, and Pink Shark) as well as seafood companions: Whale, Flying Fish, Pufferfish, and Squid. Mr. Shark's stories are primarily short narratives based on interesting and mundane everyday events for inspiration.
Creation Process
Following the launch of the first set of shark themes on LINE which received a warm response, fans expressed their wishes for stickers, thus began the stories of Mr. Shark.

The brand philosophy of Mr. Shark is to showcase the amusing everyday interactions of Mr. Shark and his buddies through comics and illustrations, while also keeping up with current events. The goal is to be a source of joy for fans in their daily lives. In the Taiwan market, Mr. Shark is a regular on the LINE sticker charts and has collaborated with 7-11 on pre-order and point collection campaigns, as well as with Children Are Us Foundation and the online game Mole’s world, among others. Additionally, several pop-up stores have been organized. Internationally, Mr. Shark has partnered with MosTown shopping mall in Hong Kong, receiving considerable media coverage. Plans are in place to expand visibility in Southeast Asia in 2025. Currently, Mr. Shark has over 100,000 followers on social media, engaging them through short animations and comics.

Hu Creates is committed to exploring art image IPs with market potential in Asia, Europe and the United States. Whether it is exporting Asian artists' works to Europe and the United States or importing European and American artists' works to Asia, it is our goal. With the concept of growing and building bridges for communication together with artists, we strive to create greater international development channels.
Representative IPs include "Alexander the Fat Tiger" by Bu2ma, a breakout hit IP causing a buying frenzy in the Year of the Tiger, as well as other impressive original Taiwanese creations such as Mr. Shark, and the Granny Raised Monsters (Chubby Monsters) blind box series by Jay Rock.
